THE WALNUT TREEHOUSE - BOULDER, CO

Designed to reuse two posts that used to support a simple but rickety platform, the Walnut treehouse resurrects the spirit of a former arboreal ambition with a sturdy new approach. A ladder and an extra tall fireman's pole access the main deck, while a set of steps reach further up into the tree to a crow's nest 16 feet above the ground. Also featured is a bucket hoist, a flag raising line on pulleys, a trap door hatch, and a rope swing.
